The National Children's Hospital signed a tripartite memorandum of agreement with
the Center for Health Development of MIMAROPA and Culion Sanitarium and
General Hospital to deliver its subspecialty services, through telemedicine, to one
of the country's geographically isolated and depressed area (GIDA).
