This procedure covers activities for Pediatric Nursing Competency Assessment Process under the DOH Nurse Certification Program. This service is from 8:00AM to 5:00PM operation, from Monday to Friday except holidays.

2.1. Prepare a plan of activities for the assessment, to include the following: - Gathering of additional data, where evidence is sufficient - Analysis of assessment data - Formulation of recommendations - Feedback to candidate - Time frame for assessment process |

5. Carry out the next steps:
A. If competent, wait for the awarding of certificate of competence B. If not yet competent, enroll to learning intervention as suggested by the assessor and subject to possible reassessment.

5. Inform the candidate on next steps: A. If competent, formulate recommendations and submit these recommendations to the Accreditation and Certification (CAC) in an Assessment Report B. If not yet competent, recommend possible learning interventions and possible reassessment. |
